Ofcom proposes that Openreach cuts price for phone and broadband

Ofcom has published a draft decision to reduce the prices charged by Openreach for Wholesale Line Rental (WLR) services and Local Loop Unbundling (LLU) lines.

Legal changes that came into force last year mean that Ofcom is required to submit charge control proposals to the European Commission for review.
